General Rules
OTT Accounts / Content
We do not provide any movie or OTT platform accounts. The setup will be done using the customer's own OTT account or legally downloaded content.
No Smoking or Drinking
Smoking, alcohol consumption, or any intoxicating substances are strictly prohibited inside the theatre premises.
Damage to Property
Any damage caused to the theatre property including decorations, furniture, screens, sound systems, lights, or other materials (such as balloons, decorative lights, etc.) will be charged to the customer.
Cleanliness
Guests are requested to maintain cleanliness inside the theatre. Please avoid littering and dispose of waste in designated bins.
Restricted Party Items
Party poppers, snow sprays, confetti cannons, color sprays, or similar items are strictly prohibited inside the theatre.
Age Restrictions
Couples below 18 years of age are not allowed to book the theatre.
Pets Policy
Pets are strictly not allowed inside the theatre premises.
Advance Booking Amount
An advance amount of ₹1000 along with applicable convenience charges must be paid to confirm and reserve the booking slot.
Kids Policy
Children above 10 years of age will be charged the full ticket price.
Children between 3 to 10 years will be charged 50% of the ticket price.
Children below 3 years may enter free if they do not occupy a separate seat.
Personal Belongings
Management is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings including mobile phones, jewellery, wallets, or electronic devices. Guests are responsible for their own items.
Slot Timing Policy
Customers must strictly follow the booked time slot. Late arrival will not extend the booking time.
Rule Violations
In case of violation of any rules or misconduct, the management reserves the right to cancel the booking without refund and may charge additional penalties if required.
Refund Policy
Advance Refund
The advance booking amount is fully refundable only if the cancellation is made at least 4 days before the booked slot time.
Late Cancellation
If the cancellation request is made within 4 days of the booked slot, the advance amount will be non-refundable.
No Show Policy
If the customer does not arrive for the booked slot without prior cancellation, the booking amount will be forfeited.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days via the original payment method.
